The Healing Energy of Tea
Tea has been around since the beginning of time and is still a beloved daily beverage for people across the seven continents. In recent years, we’ve discovered that it may have more to offer than just tickling the taste buds. Tea brings people together, it heals the body, warms you up, and helps cure numerous afflictions including digestive and sleep issues.
A cup of tea can be powerful. There are certain types of teas that not just benefit the body, but also the mind and the soul. I shall talk about a few of these spiritual blends.
Chamomile is consumed for healing insomnia. It has essential amino acids that calm and relaxes the body. The pleasant tasting tea can also help you become more open and receptive, so by drinking it, you can put down your guard and let in its calming effects.
Peppermint is another spiritual blend that can inspire and stimulate drinkers, helping them become more imaginative and creative. This herb is known to promote balance and improve one’s self-esteem and confidence, as well. By far, Peppermint tea is my absolute favorite.
This herb is a great blend if you’re looking to achieve a body and soul boost from drinking tea. Thyme tea opens up communication, which helps people become eloquent, speak and write with purpose and passion. It’s especially helpful for people who find it hard to express themselves.
If you’re looking for pleasant and cheerful sensation, try rosemary tea, which can clear the clutter out of your mind to let go of negative thoughts and feelings.
Well, this tea is known to attract love, healing, and compassion because it opens up your heart chakra. It will help you reach a state of peace and tranquility, which can be helpful in your meditation practice.
My dear readers, I wish that you try drinking these spiritual teas. These teas are not just a morning or afternoon pick-me-up nor a cold-weather go-to drink. It does more than just warm you up, because they promote a healthy mind and body and an uplifted soul, helping you get more out of life. Try these spiritual teas and let me know what you think. Cheers!
“Thank God for tea! What would the world do without tea! How did it exist? I am glad I was not born before tea.”
