Cancellations & Refunds

Welcome to Lady of Tarot, where we explore the mystical realms of divination to help light your path and empower your journey. As we embark on this enchanting adventure together, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies and disclaimer.

 Booking Cancellations & Refunds:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. If you need to reschedule your in-person or online appointment, kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request for a reschedule or refund.

However, missed appointments are non-refundable, and we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

 For online services, if we are unable to reach you at the scheduled time, we will wait for 15 minutes for your return call. After this grace period, missed appointments are considered final, and we will not be able to provide any refunds.
