How to Calculate Your Life Path Number (the easy way!) All you need to do is reduce your day, month, and year of birth into single digits, and then add them up. Let’s walk through it together.
Example Birth Date: 14 September 1985
- Month: September is the 9th month → 9
- Day: 1 + 4 = 5
- Year: 1 + 9 + 8 + 5 = 23 → 2 + 3 = 5
Now add them:
9 (month) + 5 (day) + 5 (year) = 19
1 + 9 = 10
1 + 0 = 1
Life Path Number: 1

A Quick Note on Master Numbers
If your total lands on 11, 22, or 33, pause right there. These are Master Numbers—stronger, more spiritually charged versions of their single-digit counterparts. You don’t reduce them unless you want to explore the deeper layers.
